For existing customers, FaceFX Professional licenses will continue to work beyond 30th November 2026, provided that the expiration setting in the license pool containing the license is set to "Unlimited" (this is the default setting unless you have expressly changed it) and the license is freshly checked out onto your computer after changing this setting (before 30th November 2026).

Once the license has been checked out, it will continue to work on that computer indefinitely.

The End User License Agreement (EULA) grants the right to use a single FaceFX Professional license on a single computer.

This isn't changing. As long as the steps described above (if required) are completed before 30th November 2026, you can continue using FaceFX Professional indefinitely on that computer.

When the license server is decommissioned on 30th November 2026, you will no longer be able to share licenses with other users, move a license between computers, or check out a license to a new computer. However, any license that has already been checked out will continue to work on that computer indefinitely. If you intend to keep using FaceFX Professional, you should check out the license to the computer you plan to use before 30th November 2026.

If your license pool is already configured with an "Unlimited" expiration setting, you only need to ensure the license has been freshly checked out to the computer you intend to continue using before 30th November 2026.
